Cross-border physical flows show the actual hourly electricity transferred between bidding zones via interconnectors. Positive values (import) mean electricity flows into the selected country; negative values (export) mean electricity flows out.
Flows are driven by price differences between zones — electricity tends to flow from low-price to high-price areas. The Nordic grid is highly interconnected, enabling efficient use of hydro, wind, and thermal resources across borders.
